"MACHINED BANANA PUMPKIN WHOPPER"
My limited experience here has proven it's best to do this in
2 loaf batches = approx 4 quarts of batter (max for this mixer bowl)
(Mixer used is a "Kitchen Aid" 5 qt (= 20 Cups))

First get your ingredients and equipment ready

An 11 cup "Cuisinart" was used here to do the following:
Process ALL the walnuts/carrots & ginger you will use for all the loaves

Chop Walnuts    Shred Carrots      Chop Ginger
and to process the "wet ingredients" of step #2 (1 loaf amount at a time)

Put paddle on mixer and turn on low speed and add dry ingredients from Step #1
(Double the amount (= amount to make 2 loaves))

(Note: Bread pans hold appx 8 Cups of batter)
(Note: You can also do this step w/ an electric hand mixer & bowl)

*Note: For the steps above & below.......you may want to increase your mixer's speed

Add-in your ingredients from Step #4 (The amounts for 2 loaves)
