Most of us do not REALIZE the wondrous/healthy/healing super foods we have available to us at our
local supermarkets in most cities today as we enter the 21st Century! We now have the ability to
consume these foods daily [a situation that man never before enjoyed]. And one most of us unfortunately
don’t really take advantage of. We often choose to consume junk foods that ADVERTISERS lead us to
believe are good for us. [Remember x-rodeo star "Sonny Steele" [Robert Redford] representing "Ranch Breakfast"
in the movie "The Electric Horseman"]. You don’t see adds on TV for Whole Wheat, Ginger, Brewers Yeast,
Cinnamon, or Carrots.... ......all SUPER FOODS!

A good breakfast gives you energy and reduces your hunger during the morning, so you’ll feel less
need to grab a donut during a coffee break.
Studies show eating breakfast will increase physical and mental performance.

Eating breakfast may help you lose unwanted pounds.

Breakfast doesn't have to be consumed right away. It can be eaten as much as 3 hours after getting up.
"Front loading" [eating a good breakfast and lunch] and a moderate dinner is a healthy approach to good nutrition.
Unfortunately there are a multitude of junky and/or fat-laden foods on the market today whose
manufacturers/processors spend excessive amounts of money on trying to convince us are healthy breakfast choices.
